Marketing - The marketing department encompasses many teams supporting the online, mobile and printed product ranges as well as providing shared services for all the sales and marketing teams.
Operations - With such a wide range of products, our customers expect a seriously high level of customer care to enable them to understand their options. The Customer Services team, Operations, Facilities, Legal, Purchasing and eBusiness teams support our customers in order provide a varied set of services.
Finance - Our Finance department are involved in almost everything as a key business partner providing commercial support to the decision making process. On top of that, Finance is the custodian of all of Yell’s assets and ensures that the business is compliant with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
Human Resources – This department provides the key services to support to the business including, HR Shared Services, Resourcing, L&D, Employee Relations, Business Partnering and Benefits.
